Kendi uyguladığım değişiklikler parantez içinde...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MALZEMELER:&lt;br /&gt;Kek için:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;160 gr bitter çikolata&lt;br /&gt;150 gr margarin (125 gr kullandım)&lt;br /&gt;4 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;2/3 su bardağı toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;2/3 su bardağı çekilmiş ceviz/fındık&lt;br /&gt;2/3 su bardağı un&lt;br /&gt;1 paket vanilya&lt;br /&gt;3/4 paket kabartma tozu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Üzerine:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;çikolatalı sos (yarım pkt hazır sos + 250 ml süt)&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı çekilmiş ceviz/fındık (yarım su bardağı fıstık)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%"&gt;YAPILIŞI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%"&gt;1. 150 gr margarini benmari usulü eritin. eriyen margarine 160 gr bitter çikolatayı ekleyerek çikolatanın da benmari usulü erimesini sağlayın. (ben her iki malzemeyi de mikrodalga da erittim, benmariyle yapılandan farkı olmadı)&lt;br /&gt;2. Çikolata hala sıcak iken derin bir kaba alın. 4 yumurtanın sarısını, toz şekeri ve cevizi ekleyip iyice çırpın. Unu ve vanilyayı ekleyip çırpmaya devam edin.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ayrı bir kapta 4 yumurtanın beyazını çırpıp köpük haline getirin. Bunu kek karışımına yavaşça ekleyerek düşük hızda karıştırın. Karışıma kabartma tozunu ekleyerek aynı şekilde bir-iki kez daha karıştırın.&lt;br /&gt;4. Fırını 220C'ye getirin. (220 derecenin fazla geleceğini düşündüğümden her yapışımda 180 derecede pişirdim, sonuç hiç kötü olmadı)Kek kalıbını yağlı kağıdın üzerine getirip bir &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;daire çizin.&lt;/span&gt; Bu kağıdı kek kalıbının tabana yerleştirin. Kalıbın kenarlarını da fırça yardımıyla ayçiçek yağı ile yağlayın. (bu sayede kekinizin tabanı dümdüz olacak.)&lt;br /&gt;5. Karışımı kalıba yayıp ısınan fırında 20 dakika pişirin.&lt;br /&gt;6. Kek pişerken paketin arkasına göre sosu hazırlayın. (bir paket çikolata sosu fazla gelebilir. bu yüzden bir paketten biraz az yapabilirsiniz.) Sos oda sıcaklığına gelince pişen kekiniz de yeterince soğuyunca keki kalıptan çıkarıp bir tabağa ters çevirin. Üzerine (kenarlardan akacak şekilde) ince bir tabaka halinde sosu yayın.
